サークル「loopsoft」オリジナルCG集『歩きスマホは条例違反！見つけたら問答無用で即ハメ生中出し！』がモーションアニメ化！！202X年、スマホの普及率が今よりさらに拡大した世界。歩きながらスマホを操作する行為、いわゆる「歩きスマホ」が、事故の多さから社会問題となり、これを規制する「歩きスマホ条例」が導入された。国から選ばれた品行方正な国民が民間の監視員となり、歩きスマホをしている人間に対し、その場で注意・罰を与える事が出来るというものだ。そんなある日、何かの手違いで、半引きこもりの俺の元に一通の封書が届く。中にはパスカード、それに一文が添えられていた。歩きスマホ条例、監視員に任命する、と―The year is 202X, in a world where the prevalence of smartphones has expanded even further than it is today. The act of operating a smartphone while walking, the so-called "walking smartphone," has become a social problem due to the number of accidents, and the "walking smartphone ordinance" has been introduced to regulate this behavior. The ordinance allows government-selected, well-behaved citizens to act as private watchdogs and issue on-the-spot warnings and punishments to people who are walking while using their phones. One day, by mistake, a letter arrives at my doorstep as a semi-reclusive person. Inside was a pass card and a letter. I'm appointed as a "walking smartphone ordinance watchdog"...
